Our multi-disciplinary teams are highly proficient in delivering a structured approach to the project management to ensure your project is installed and operated as per the agreed scope of works and within the agreed timescales.

Upon contract appointment, our sales engineers hand over your project to our project management team who then coordinate our internal design, engineering, and commissioning teams to safeguard the successful delivery and energisation of your project.

Edina’s in-house design team produce detailed technical design drawings which consider all electrical and mechanical schematics. These include internal and external layouts, foundation, development, operational, interfacing design, and control room and control systems to help visualise and evaluate the end product.

During the initial handover stage, we assign a dedicated Edina project manager as your primary point of contact. Your project manager will cultivate a positive and collaborative working environment and encourage open and honest communication throughout each stage of the programme schedule to ensure risk mitigation and maximisation of your return on investment.
